This service is done base on the requirement of a client. One has to describe in detail the contents of their proposed home and how they expect this home to function; in doing so a client may acquire designs which is unique to their lifestyle. Upon approval by client we will produce a detail set of drawing for submission at the Local Authority/ Parish council for a building permit.2. Predrawn Designs:
This service is for persons who want to purchase a simple design for construction as they have a limited budget. A client may choose a design from our gallery and we will produce a detail set of drawing for submission at the Local Authority/ Parish council for a building permit.
This service is for persons who already have an approved building plan and want to build but is curious as to how their building will look like when the construction is finish.
The construction of a home is a serious matter and thus one has to be very in touch with the possible outcome of their project when financing a project.

We oversee the design, planning and construction of projects from start to finish. We manage our clients business to achieve control of project time, cost and quality. This includes us identifying, vetting and referring contractors to our clients.
As a project manager we do not operate as a contractor and thus we are paid at a fixed rate base on the size of the project. Our core function is to monitor the flow of resources from client to ensure that the client does not have a headache or unnecessary cost overruns.
